2010 Camp Registration

Register for Tucker House summer camps!

Sign-up for a summer camp at Tucker House Renewal Cente! Registration is available through an on-line registration form with payment options by cheque or credit card.

Step 1: Complete the Registration Form for the appropriate camp(s)

Country Fun Nature Camp Registration Form- July 12-16, 2010. 

Green Theatre Camp - August 9-13, 2010.

Step 2: Make your payment by Credit Card or Cheque

A) Credit Card: Please fill out the brief Credit Card Payment Form (Be sure to have the total amount of the payment from your Registration Form). You will be automatically redirected to Paypal where your credit card payment will be processed directly from the Paypal website (you do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card).

B) Cheque: Cheques should be made payable to "Tucker House Renewal Centre" with the program and the name of the camper(s) in the memo field. Payment by cheque can be mailed to 155-99 Fifth Ave, Ottawa, ON, K1S 5P5.
