Tucker House Rental Rates

Weekend

Standard weekend rental rates for overnight use are as follows:

• Administration Fee $100.00 plus
• $25.00 per person per night for adults, or
• $20.00 per person per night for children/youth

Midweek

Midweek rental rates for ½ day , full day and overnight use are as follows:

Half Day Rental Fee:              $50.00 flat rate
Full Day Rental Fee:               $100.00 flat rate
Overnight Rental Fee:             $50.00 administration fee + $15.00/person/night

Mid-week rates are available from Monday to Thursday inclusive.

Half day rates apply to bookings of four (4) hours or less and Full day rates to bookings of over four (4) hours but not overnight.

The new rates include full use of the Tucker House facility.

There is no administration fee for half day or full day mid-week bookings and the administration fee for mid-week overnight bookings is reduced to $50.00.

Special rates may be available for youth and seniors groups, long term rentals and weddings
