Tucker House Renewal Centre is a charitable retreat and environmental learning centre that promotes sustainable living. This 30-acre facility is located in Rockland, Ontario (30 minutes east of Ottawa) and has several environmental programs for the local and wider community. Tucker House conducts workshops and activities at the Rockland facility as well as at special events held within Ottawa. Find out more!

The Green Gala 2011
Come celebrate Tucker House’s green initiatives and raise awareness about sustainable living at the centre’s premiere fundraising event: the fourth annual Green Gala.
Enjoy an elegant autumn evening sampling locally grown gourmet dishes, artisan cheeses, award-winning organic wines and beers, and listening to classical music in the beautiful Georgian-style setting that is historic Tucker House. A live and silent auction showcasing new and innovative environmentally friendly products, as well as locally produced artwork and unique, handmade gifts, will also be offered. Sustainability Tours showcasing Tucker House’s energy efficiency measures and renovations will be available during the evening. Get ready to learn about home ecological renovations. Tickets are $45. Book a Sustainability Tour for your Group
Our Sustainability Tour of the house and its grounds is an amazing opportunity for people of all ages to see and learn about a whole series of different eco-features we can integrate in our homes, work places and in our communities.

Country Fun Nature Camp
Thank you to all our supporters, volunteers, and happy campers for a fantastic two weeks of Country Fun Nature Camp! The camp is our longest-running program and maintains our historic ties with the faith communities that helped to establish Tucker House as a centre for environmental renewal. Seventh Generation Learning Series
Tucker House Renewal Centre offers interactive environmental workshops for all ages. If you know of a school, community group (church, community centre, after-school program), or business that may be interested in a session, please let us know! For schools and groups, we offer educational sessions on-site at Tucker House or we can bring the workshop to the group. For businesses, we can provide lunch & learn sessions for any of our Seventh Generation Learning Series workshops.
